Ryan Kastner Moderates NPDC HR Breakfast Panel

This morning at Adelphia Restaurant & Lounge in Deptford, NJ the Nonprofit Development Center of Southern New Jersey held a breakfast panel discussion for Nonprofit Human Resource professionals. The panel discussion focused on various talent management issues in the nonprofit community. Innovative’s Employee Benefits Consultant, Ryan Kastner, had the pleasure of moderating the panelists. The panel included Susan McCann, _Vice President of Human Resources at Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice_, Marilyn Gennett, Human Resources at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey,  and Theresa McGlinchey, _Former HR and Executive Consultant. _The panelists gave great insight on recruiting and retention strategies for acquiring top talent and increasing employee engagement.
