Bill Kaiser is the Senior Vice President of CultureWise®, an organization that helps companies create, drive, and maintain high-performing cultures. CultureWise® provides a proven system that is straightforward, practical, and easy to use. Bill collaborates with CEOs across diverse industries to enhance organizational culture and performance.
Prior to joining CultureWise®, Bill was a partner of its founder, David Friedman, at RSI, an employee benefits consulting firm. RSI received numerous Best Places to Work awards in the Philadelphia region and New Jersey.
In 2006, RSI earned the NJ Governor’s Award for Performance Excellence – Gold Level, the highest recognition for total quality in the state.
In 2008, RSI became a division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Associates (AJG), one of the world’s largest insurance brokers. Bill served as Regional Sales Vice President and Area President for Gallagher until he joined CultureWise® in 2015.
Today, Bill is a frequent Vistage speaker, keynote presenter, and seminar leader specializing in leadership, organizational culture, and high-performance team building. He has worked with over 1,000 CEOs
across North America.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and completed the Program for Manager Development at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
He resides in Southern New Jersey with his wife, four children, and six grandchildren (and counting!).
